The Team at first 4 cars are great. When we bought a car form them they gave it a full service so we have the full year. They were really easy to buy from, not pushy, friendly and considerate about the fact we drove over from York with the kids.
James was brilliant and I would definitely recommend them and buy from them again!

5 star experience from start to finish. After having issues with a previous dealership after buying a faulty car and fighting for a refund, Luke made us feel at ease and the experience was much better. We would happily return in the future when we come to buy a new car again. Thanks again :)

We were very satisfied with the whole process of buying our new car from First4Car.

The whole process was hassle free from start to finish, and we greatly appreciated not been hassled on the forecourt from when we arrived. The fact we arrived and were left alone and that we had to come and ask for help is what made the process easy for us as this is what we prefer. We visited numerous local dealerships and within ten minutes or so of been on the forecourt at these other locations we were been followed around by salesmen.


Dealing with Ben from First4Car is one of the best customer service experiences we have had, his knowledge and how he conducted himself throughout was professional and friendly. At no point did we feel we were being forced into buying the vehicle, at no point did we feel like we were been misled or misinformed just to secure the sale.

Thank you for your patience with us and we made numerous phone calls which can be annoying but Ben and other staff members who answered assisted us right from the outset and were brilliant, Ben is an asset to the company.

We’ve recommended you guys to family and friends based on our experience and we’ll be returning whenever the time comes to get a new car, but we’re happy with our purchase ????????!

James the guy I dealt with was helpful and friendly, there was no pressure selling, they let the quality of their product speak for itself. I was picked up from the train station when I went to collect the car, and all of my questions were answered. A positive experience from start to finish for me, and best of all I've got a quality car that is great to drive for a very reasonable price.

James was an excellent help from looking around the car allowing us to take our time looking inside and out, to which then we took the car on a test drive allowing as much time as we needed to feel out the car. To which we came back sorted all the paper work easy as can be.
